This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.

The Role - CRM Manager

Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing the CRM marketing strategy.
• Managing lead nurturing campaigns alongside email, SMS and WhatsApp automation.
• A/B testing and optimisation, analysing campaign KPIs such as deliverability and click through rate.
• Ensuring the CRM system is well maintained, with accurate data and efficient segmentation.
• Driving lead generation and conversion.

Requirements - CRM Manager

• A minimum of 5 years CRM marketing experience.
• Ideally a degree or relevant marketing qualification.
• Proficiency of Microsoft Dynamics 365 would be an advantage.
• Experience in creating and delivering CRM and email strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and high levels of attention to detail.
• Stakeholder management experience.

Location

This position is hybrid, based 3 days in the office and 2 working remotely.

Suitable commutable locations include: Cambridge, Newmarket, Sawston, Duxford, Linton, Haverhill, Ely, Cambourne, Bishops Stortford, Huntingdon, St Ives, Waterbeach, Milton, Burwell, Biggleswade, Soham, Fordham, Fulbourn, Saffron Walden, Royston, and Bury St Edmunds.
