The Direct sourcing Manager is responsible for sourcing own brand products within the Ironmongery Direct business from our overseas factories, and developing specific product ranges to meet the needs of our target customers. This includes managing the product ranges from enquiry to system implementation. You will be working closely with the purchasing department and Overseas Agents to deliver winning products. This role will work across the Ironmongery Direct divisions and will include working with the Digital team, Contact Centre, Marketing and Purchasing Departments to ensure revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction goals are met.
