An outstanding new opportunity has been created at the new Head Office of one of the UK’s most dynamic Chartered Wealth Management Houses.

Reporting directly to the Head of Digital Product & Design with a dotted line into Marketing, you will contribute to the development and delivery of the public facing marketing websites.

Role Overview

As an experienced web developer, you will be 100% hands-on and will be working with the Product and Marketing teams to:

? Transform current public facing websites to improve search engine optimisation (SEO),

increase web traffic and new client conversion to achieve ambitious growth targets

? Use React.JS, CSS, and HTML to develop visually impressive page designs created in Figma

- having a keen eye for detail is critical

? Ensure all web pages are developed using 'Responsive’ web design principles to ensure

everything is 'mobile optimised’

? Optimise web pages for maximum speed, scalability and SEO

? Utilise 'Low Code’ web development and CMS platforms such as WebFlow or Framer to

increase turnaround times of development and marketing campaigns

? Contributing to product team delivery of brownfield and greenfield change initiatives

? Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

? Contributing to, and following, software development best practices

? Coaching and mentoring junior members of staff

? Taking ownership of delivery of work assigned

Other key responsibilities include:

? Contributing to regular Scrum ceremonies

? Embedding software development best practices across the team

? Building and maintaining relationships with other IT teams

? Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

? Involvement in solution design work

Technical

Must haves:

? Demonstrable SEO experience

? Web development technologies inc React.JS, Javascript, CSS, and HTML

? Willingness to quickly learn Webflow or Framer if no current experience in those technologies

? CI/CD technologies and principles inc. Azure DevOps and Git

? Software engineering standards and best practices

? Software and application architecture

? Testing frameworks and best practices

? TDD and BDD preferable

? Microsoft Azure inc. App Services, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure AD,

? Agile delivery (SCRUM, Kanban)
