Job Description
My client is looking for a Digital Product Manager to join their Digital team for their Travel & Tourism business in West Sussex. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of digital products that enhance the customer journey, increase engagement and drive revenue.
Purpose:Optimisation, development and overall management of the company's digital platforms (mainly website and apps)
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting with digital updates
- Working alongside the Content, SEO, UX team and wider business
- Responsible for A/B testing of the company website
- Working alongside agencies, inhouse developers and internal stakeholders
- Managing the digital budget alongside the digital road map and marketing strategy to deliver ROI
Skills Required:
- Experience of UX and delivering web/app projects
- High levels of Google Analytics experience
- Experience of cookie management and online user journeys
- Experience of A/B testing and user behaviour measurement tools
