Salary – up to £85,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Applegreen is the majority shareholder of Welcome Break. We are working together to find a new Head of Digital Product for the Applegreen Electric EV business.

The role is based in the UK from the Welcome Break head offices in Newport Pagnell.

What will your role look like?

You will be responsible for:

• Drawing up and owning the digital product innovation strategy, and building the Applegreen Electric presence through key digital channels (App, Online and Physical)
• Working with third party EV aggregators, digital agencies and software vendors to build our own product and implement these as part of the solution design
• Managing the end to end delivery of all our EV charging technology, including securing capital budget and investment

About you

Ideally we are looking for someone who has:

• A strong level of digital experience, and a record of building customer facing applications and online digital functions
• A deep understanding of interface technologies (APIs) and solution design & development as well as UX design
• Experience in the EV sector would be hugely beneficial
• Degree (or equivalent) in digital product building, software or ecommerce is desirable
