Job Description

CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Email Marketing Manager needed for initial 3 month contract.

Can be fully remote.

Outside IR35


The CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Email Marketing Manager will specifically focus on new customer on-boarding with an emphasis on engagement, follow up & win backs etc before looking at upselling, reactivation etc.

The CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Email Marketing Manager will:

*Improve the customer onboarding experience
·Establish communications around the onboarding experience to "win back" customers who drop out
*Launch email (and possible SMS) campaigns, measure the impact and optimise as appropriate


Success will be measured by conversion rate from "registered customer" to "connected account"

The CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Email Marketing Manager will have a data analyst to help with segmentation, analysis etc.

The CRM Manager / Customer Marketing Manager / Email Marketing Manager must have experience doing a similar role in a B2C environment, have demonstrable success in improving registrations to signed customers and be happy working in a fast paced environment.
