They work with well-known clients in the Public and Charity sectors to deliver exciting and innovative, purpose-led projects. This is an incredible oppourtunity for a mid-weight PM to join an established and successful team.What you'll be doingYou will get the opportunity to work closely with multi-disciplined, technology-agnostic delivery teams daily, so the ability to understand technical requirements and communicate successfully between both technical and non-technical team members is a must. Under the mentorship of the Head of Project Management, you will have access to ongoing professional development and training. They have a strong culture of learning, listening and development. So this is really a role where you will be able to grow and develop your own voice. In addition to having a talented team, they work with some impressive clients on both large in budget and technically complex projects, if you’re looking to move away from digital campaigns and marketing focussed projects then this role will suit you.What experience you'll need
  • Previous project management experience is essential here, whether that’s as a Digital Project Manager, Digital Producer or Delivery Manager.
  • Preferably gained agency side, 2-3 years as a Project Manager is the experience level they are looking for.
  • Track record in successfully managing technically complex projects, from website development, CMS integration and software projects.
  • Experience using PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MA Project etc. Is also a plus.
  • Previous delivery of Umbraco or Drupal projects is also a plus.
  • Demonstrable experience in risk management and mitigation.
  • Effortlessly capable of influencing key stakeholders and communicating at all levels of the business and bringing projects in on time and budget, with plenty of in-house and external agency resource to help you do it.
  • As a PM you will be representing the business and therefore the ability to demonstrate confidence, openness, creativity, empathy, and a desire to innovate and create long term relationships with their clients is highly important.
