Morgan McKinley is looking for a Digital Product Marketing Manager to work for a great company, on a part time basis based in East Grinstead, West Sussex. The Digital Marketing Manager role will be working 17.5 hours a week and will be responsible for the ongoing development, optimisation, management and measurement of the digital marketing platforms and ensuring these digital product marketing channels deliver a best user experience.

Salary: £40K - full time equivalent (pro rata for part time hours)

Hours: 17.5 per week

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex

Digital Product Marketing duties:

• Assisting with the digital platforms and implementing the digital strategy across all channels including the websites and apps.
• Developing, managing and maintaining the digital road map
• Responsible for working closely with the digital teams to ensure the digital platforms perform as expected and deliver the best possible experience for users
• Responsible for the continued optimisation of the websites through A/B testing, heat mapping and user testing
• Work with agencies, in-house developers and internal stakeholders
• Responsible for managing the digital budget and ensure it delivers ROI
• Managing the performance of the digital platforms including website CMS platforms such as; Episerver and Umbraco etc
• Providing technical, creative front-end solutions
• Implementing tracking and reporting of marketing campaigns
• Communicating any digital product improvements, insights and recommendations

Skills and experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar Digital Marketing / Product Marketing type role
• Excellent understanding of UX and online user behaviour as well as delivering web/app projects
• Google Analytics skills and experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
