As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for increasing high-quality traffic to the website and generating convertible leads. You will be a digital enthusiast with a strong track record in digital marketing and especially so Paid Media. You'll need to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team that's second to none.Key Responsibilities:Paid Search Marketing:* Work closely with the Director of Marketing to allocate budgets for paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, Meta) to maximize ROI.* Monitor paid traffic, site conversions, and booking conversions daily, making adjustments as needed.* Proactively explore new paid search opportunities through digital platforms, such as affiliate programs and digital display advertising.Website Content & Development:* Lead a digital personalization strategy to target specific markets, demographics, and personas, improving website conversion rates.* Create, enhance, and maintain a series of CMS user guides for content editors.* Collaborate with the Head of IT and Director of Marketing to implement and test new website functionality that enhances user experience and lead generation.* Supervise website editors in creating new pages with appropriate copy and photography, maintaining high CMS and front-end standards.Search Engine Optimization:* Oversee and track all on and off-page organic optimization activities to improve major search engine rankings.* Regularly measure keyword rankings and take action to improve rankings that need enhancement.EXPERIENCE:* A minimum of eight years' experience in a digital marketing role, either in-house or at an agency, with a strong track record of generating sales leads through digital activities.* Practical experience with Google Analytics (including GA4) and Google Search Console is essential.* Demonstrated experience managing a website to generate high-quality sales leads, with a preference for those familiar with Sitecore's Experience Platform (XP).* Proficiency in independently managing Google AdWords and Bing campaigns, ideally with Google AdWords Certification.* Experience using various social media advertising channels and scheduling/measurement tools.* Strong analytical skills.* Creativity, including an eye for selecting captivating photography, graphics, and video.* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.* Travel experience to various destinations is a plus, but not required.What you'll get in return* £50,000 - £55,000 DOE* Pension* Bonus* Discounts on travel* Generous holiday allowanceIf you have a practical, hands-on approach, creativity, excellent organisational skills, and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you.
