My client is looking for a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join their growing team. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing and managing all digital marketing activities for this Professional Services organisation. You will work closely with the senior management and the marketing team to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies that align with the business goals and objectives. You will also oversee the performance of our website, social media platforms, email campaigns and other online channels, using web analytics tools to measure and report on the results.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in digital marketing, with proven experience in leading and managing SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns. You should also have excellent communication, analytical and project management skills, as well as a creative and innovative mindset.
This is a full-time position based in either our Maidstone or Ramsgate office (hybrid working, with occasional travel required. You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Plan and execute all digital marketing activities, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns
- Design, build and maintain our website and social media presence, ensuring that they are optimised for user experience and conversion
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement
- Identify trends and opportunities in the digital landscape, and propose new and creative ways to reach and engage our target audience
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, service delivery and content creation, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing activities with the overall marketing strategy
- Manage the digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively across different channels
- Manage and coordinate the work of external agencies and vendors when needed
Requirements for the Digital Marketing Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a professional services or B2B environment
- Solid knowledge of web design, web development and web analytics tools
- Proficient in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising platforms and tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
