Digital Marketing Executive
£30,000 - £35,000 plus bonus

Our client is a leading and innovative multi-disciplined estate agency. They are looking to recruit a dynamic and talented Digital Marketing Executive to join their creative marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing their online presence, driving customer engagement, maximising digital marketing opportunities, and tracking/reporting to Director’s successes and areas of improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in digital marketing, proficiency in Google Analytics, and a passion for creating impactful campaigns. You will be responsible for devising effective digital strategies and conducting A/B testing to optimise their online performance, conversions, and goals.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy Development

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Google Analytics Expertise

- Utilise Google Analytics and other tools to track website traffic, user behaviour, and campaign performance.
- Generate insights from data analysis and use them to refine marketing strategies.
Campaign Creation and Management

- Create innovative and compelling digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines.
- Monitor campaign performance, make data-driven adjustments, and optimise for maximum ROI.
Digital A/B Testing

- Design and implement A/B tests to optimise website design, content, and user experience.
- Interpret test results and implement changes based on statistical significance.
Content Development and Optimisation
- Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and relevant digital content.
- Optimise website content for SEO, ensuring high visibility in search engine results pages.
Social Media Management

- Manage social media accounts, create engaging posts, and interact with the online community.
- Leverage social media platforms for brand building and lead generation.
Reporting and Analysis

- Prepare regular reports detailing key digital marketing metrics and outcomes to present to the directors.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for future marketing initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and design, to achieve common goals.
- Communicate marketing strategies and performance updates clearly to the directors and other stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualificaons
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Analytics, campaign creation, and A/B testing.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Results-driven attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
Knowledge of real estate industry trends and digital marketing best practices is a plus.
