The role:
The clients are global names in the B2B domain and cover different sectors, as do their requirements and you will be supporting in the planning and delivery of digital marketing communications campaigns that are often part of a wider integrated and international scope of work. It’s a creative and intellectually challenging role where you will learn from colleagues that are experts in their fields - whether that be digital, client services, copywriting, media relations, design, motion, or strategy. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of innovative and creative digital campaigns designed to have a measurable impact on the B2B customer journey, whether that be social, content, design, or paid media. On the more technical side, you will work with various digital tools and platforms (Google AdWords, Google Analytics and LinkedIn for example) to set up and manage digital marketing campaigns and be involved in the ongoing monitoring and optimisation of campaign performance, proactively providing suggestions to the team, to improve performance or address any issues in a timely manner.They are champions of creating creative content, grounded in insight, and elevated by intellectual creativity & if you relish seeing how complex subject matter transfers into accessible, meaningful content that influences the moments that matter, this is right for you. What we’re looking for :This is not set in stone, but it would be handy if you possess a relevant marketing degree, as well as one year’s experience working in an agency or in-house marketing environment, coupled with a genuine interest in B2B marketing, health and nutrition, science or engineering. It may also suit a recent grad who’s put a placement under their belt looking for that first serious career move. In all probability, you’ll end up being promoted within the organisation as they’re massive fans of encouraging growth and promotion through their ranks, but this skill set is going to be in demand for the foreseeable future, so it really isn’t a bad place to be. You’re also looking to work in a creative and innovative agency setting, where you will be exposed to lots of different campaigns which will seriously add value to your career & personal development.

We’re looking at £25 - £28,000, but there may be a bit of flexibility within that for the right candidate. This will increase over time, as you move up the career ladder.
