We are working with a world leader in concessions, energy and construction to source an experienced 4D Digital Engineering Modeller for a permanent role. This role is remote so the majority of your time will be spent working from home however, you will need to travel to different sites for an initial meeting with Senior Managers at the start of each new project.

Requirements & Responsibilities of this role include:
  • Develop 3D digital models and visual imagery (using various software platforms including Revit) to support projects, tender submissions and presentations
  • Producing presentable outputs for tender submissions, method statements and presentations to clients
  • Create construction sequence modelling (using various software platforms including Synchro) to support projects, tender submissions and presentations
  • Work alongside planners and project managers to develop fully detailed 4D models
  • Support BIM Coordinator during coordination process if needed.
ESSENTIAL
  • Fluent in Revit and all relevant Add-ins
  • General understanding of 4D modelling and construction sequencing
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and have a proactive approach
  • Basic BIM model coordination process
  • Basic knowledge of BS1192 and ISO 19650
  • Understand and interpret needs and requirements for Model creation and timeline for delivery development and completion
  • General knowledge of: Autodesk AEC Suite (AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks Manage, 3DS Max); Sketchup; Enscape (or similar rendering platform); BIMCollab (or similar collaboration platform).
  • Basic knowledge of: Synchro and Solibri Office
The successful candidate will be a confident and clear communicator, who is used to explaining technical information to people who may not know all of the industry terminology. You will also be great with managing your own workload, be pro-active, technically sound and have an in-depth knowledge of construction works.
