Joining us as Digital & Learner Systems Officer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining, administering, developing, and supporting key digital and learner management systems which include the administration, maintenance, and upgrades to all ProMonitor / ProPortal / ParentPortal and Microsoft 365 products and services, including managing the Quality Help Centre ticketing system.
This is the perfect opportunity someone who has experience of a similar role, managing, updating, and developing systems and providing technical support to end-users. Delivering a good or better level of service, you’ll have experience of developing reports and analysing data, and of developing solutions in Microsoft SharePoint.
We’d like you to have excellent technical knowledge of systems and software and the ability to understand requirements, interpret information and apply design thinking to develop solutions. You’ll be able to think, pivot and deliver quickly when required and respond to emerging / changing opportunities and challenges in a calm but effective manner.
