In this role, your main responsibilities will be to:

• Input & update client data into our software portals such as Access Workspace.
• Manage staffing on-line diaries and appointment scheduling on Access Workspace.
• Work closely with Account Managers to update MS Word & Excel databases.
• Keep our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and TikTok accounts up to date weekly.
• Oversee data protection and management of secure client on-line digital files and folders on Access Workspace.

They talk you through the specifics on the qualifications you gain and how they align in particular to your day to day role.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6.
