The Senior Digital Architect is responsible for leading and developing the architecture and solution design across the current and future Carnival UK digital platforms and projects. They will be key to us delivering our new digital platforms, websites, and apps. The Digital Architect will need to work closely with the Director or Architecture, our digital leadership teams, product owners/managers, engineering teams and business to drive our adoption of a composable and cloud native architecture and technologies that underpin these such as microservices, headless commerce, and an event driven architecture. You will be responsible for delivering the solutions that enable the Carnival UK brands to deliver a new digital platform that enables customers to have a seamless digital journey across both ship and shore while driving a coherent digital estate that allows for flexibility and agility. As the lead architect within the digital space, you will need to work with the wider architecture teams to ensure we are building a coherent digital architecture with the capabilities required to support our new digital solutions that will be at the heart of our business going forward.
