Digital Product Owner
£43,250 + Benefits

- My client is a well established charity looking for the right candidate to act as Digital Product Owner for one of the charities new products and also ne responsible for the development, delivery and optimisation of the product.
Your role-
- You will oversee and coordinate the delivery of the product, define and implement the roadmap for the product which is essentially an interconnected system of APIs and tools.
- You will maintain product ownership of the pathway (including the APIs, technical infrastructure, booking system and any associated products) and lead on the portfolio of products related to the product pathway.
- Your primary focus will be the development, implementation and optimisation of the product, helping Drinkaware to measure the impact of the product and achieve its strategic objectives, but also to increase the engagement with the product.
- Reporting into the Head of Digital Product, but working closely with the IBA Programme Manager, you will coordinate the resources for the product (specifically the UX team at Drinkaware, the internal resource within our strategic partner, our academic partner(s) and our digital development and digital marketing agencies) and define the product roadmap and product backlogs.
To be successful you will have -
- Demonstrable experience of managing large, public-facing, successful websites, apps, tools or digital services in Agile environments
- Experience of analysing user and business needs and translating these into backlog items with clear acceptance criteria
- Experience of building/enhancing digital products in a Product Owner capacity
- Strong experience in capacity planning and project allocation
- Experience of managing digital content for a consumer-facing, marketing-focussed organisation where content marketing is key to communications strategy
- Demonstrable experience of managing contracts with external suppliers
- Highly experienced in working in complex stakeholder environments
- Has worked extensively with content management systems
- Excellent knowledge of the wider digital marketing mix - SEO, PPC and email marketing
