A global manufacturing company in Bracknell require a Digital Business Analyst to coordinate system solution activities through the complete project life cycle to improve the effectiveness of systems within the financial services division.

You will be responsible for key deliverables relating to specific changes requested by the Business and to undertake ownership of smaller projects throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for leading workstreams on larger programmes, ensuring requirements are managed and maintained throughout the lifecycle of the programme.

This involves initial analysis of business needs and preparation of business cases and business requirement specifications. Following approval, you will be responsible for assisting in the co-ordination of project plans. This means you will be the link, bringing together activities of external software suppliers and involving the business departments in the testing and implementation of solutions.

Required

* A good understanding of Business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques* Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders at different levels.* Ability to explain technical issues in a concise and non-technical manner to business users.* Self-motivated with good organisational and planning skills, can be relied upon to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and ensure objectives are achieved within agreed timescales.* Analytical and structured, able to listen and understand business needs and transform these into clear and effective requirements.

* Experience of Microsoft Office and Project, Jira and Jira x-ray and exposure to Document management systems and workflow.

* Demonstratable experience in a business analyst role or ability to demonstrate business analyst skillset, ideally within the financial services or automotive sectors or with a consultancy practice.

Desirable* BCS accreditation preferred* Agile experience advantageous
