We’re recruiting for a Digital Delivery Manager to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the Digital Team fully responsible for an end-to-end process. This is a new element in a project management structure and is a fundament of scaling up the company’s Digital Services Processes.
Key Responsibilities for a Digital Delivery Manager:
- Lead complex projects across a wide range of digital workstreams
- Lead day to day BAU tasks
- Manage Project Roadmap and product backlog
- Manage monthly budget, burn rate charts, and cost benefit analysis
- Change management and project governance
- As a Digital Delivery Manager, you are accountable for the solution or portfolio of solutions, drive digital innovation, adoption, mindset and acting as change management champion
- Main point of contact for Business, IT, and other Stakeholders, to conceptualize and co-design the solution, or the portfolio of solutions, road map
Essential Skills for a Digital Delivery Manager:
- 5+ years of work experience, preferably in Digital, Transformation, or Project Management
- 5+ years’ experience managing teams of 4-10
- Familiarity with business processes, standards, and practices
- Good interpersonal skills
- Customer Focused
- Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
- Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
