Digital Delivery Manager

12 Month FTC - £70k - £75k

Hybrid working - Mostly work from home, 2 days per week in Southampton office

Do you have project management experience, and are you seeking a new hybrid FTC role? Our client is looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to lead and oversee their digital portfolio as part of the digital team. The ideal candidate would have a background in financial services and experience in projects involving developing apps and portals.

In your first few weeks in this Digital Delivery Manager role, you can expect to:

• Lead and deliver the digital portfolio for relevant products and services, having management and oversight of Digital delivery plans and roadmaps, financial and budget management, resource management and risk management
• Drive collaboration across cross functional teams, coaching others in agile methodologies and delivery best practice
• Take responsibility for managing associated technology products owned by the digital team to ensure correct lifecycle management

To succeed in this role, you will have proven experience in delivering multiple projects, including digital or technology focussed projects and driving them through to completion. You'll also:

• Come from a Financial Services background
• Have a proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of complex deliveries in a digital software development and business change environment
• Have experience of agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Git)
• Have experience of leading cross functional teams and working in a fast paced, dynamic environment
