The Company

The founders, with vast experience working alongside industry giants, have curated a dynamic team of professionals, led by the Head of Analytics. Their focus on client satisfaction and expansive network in the analytics industry have enabled them to secure long-term, two-year projects, ensuring financial stability and job security for the team.

They are a compact yet influential team that collaborates closely with well-known founders. They currently are engaging with a diverse range of clients, including a communications agency and a prominent B2B retailer, alongside their main pharmaceutical client.

The Role:

As a member of this team, individuals will engage in a wide array of exciting projects. Working closely with international clients, they will play a pivotal role in analysing Digital Data, CRM, and Marketing Effectiveness.

Your key responsibilities would be to:

· Collaboration with clients to deliver invaluable insights.

· Involvement in a variety of projects, including digital analysis, Python, and automation.

· Examination of the connection between TV advertising and brand awareness.

· Engagement with senior leaders to shape data-driven strategies.

Interview Process:

- Initial screening: Get to know the founders and discuss the candidate's passion for data and analytics.

- Second-stage interview: A more comprehensive conversation with the Head of Analytics, delving into competencies and technical specifics.

- Third-stage interview: A final sign-off with the founders to discuss the candidate's value and impact within the consultancy.
