CRM Consultant, Central London – Up to £45k dependent on experience

As CRM Consultant, you’ll be working on a variety of campaigns focusing on data and CRM. Are you a CRM Consultant with plenty of knowledge in data and CRM? Being a CRM Consultant in this agency means you’ll be working to develop and manage campaigns from end-to-end, being able to understand and utilise data, ensure campaigns are targeted and personalised and much more.
Here’s what you’ll be responsible for as CRM Consultant:
- Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time
- Working with clients, making recommendations to improve results
- Overseeing data-driven, omni-channel campaigns
- Liaising with various departments within the agency
- Handling data segmentation and personalisation
