Purpose of Role of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • The ideal candidate will play a key role in implementing our overall marketing strategy, developing our strategy and helping grow our brand awareness in North America, helping to design, deliver and direct our creative and video content and supporting the wider marketing team, including participating in trips to production locations. Key Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Manager:

  • Campaign planning: Helping to craft the marketing direction and campaigns across North America. Amplifying and adjusting the global marketing strategy so that it resonates and delivers results in this strategic growth location.
  • Marketing Strategy Implementation: Assist in executing the overall marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and supporting the wider marketing team in various initiatives.
  • Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing activities and campaigns, including managing social media platforms, coordinating event participation, and ensuring effective promotion.
  • Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and deliver marketing assets that effectively support their activities, including finding and attending relevant industry events.
  • Creative Development: Have a keen eye for design and detail, and a passion for high quality and eye-catching visual and video content that will appeal to our key targets.
  • Content Development: Develop engaging content fit for the NA market and assist with creative tasks to support marketing campaigns and meet sales requirements.
  • Technology and Platform Identification: Help identify new technologies and platforms that can enhance future marketing and production activities, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Website Management: Regularly update the ALS section of the website for your region in collaboration with the wider marketing team to improve user experience (UX) and search engine optimization (SEO).

Previous Experience & Education:

  • Proven success in executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Previous experience in managing agencies and/or marketing to North American market.
  • Proficiency in email marketing techniques and tools.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with social media platforms and strategies.
  • Experience with WordPress for website content management and updates.
  • Competence in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating and editing marketing materials.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote capacity but collaborate as part of a wider global team.
  • Willingness and ability to speak at events and appear in front of camera for social and marketing videos is also desirable

Salary:

  • Up to £45,000 pa depending on experience plus annual company bonus.
