- Candidates MUST have significant Paid Media (paid social advertising) and Performance Marketing experience.
- You MUST have at least 3 years Creative strategy experience, ideally in-house or large advertising agency.
- You MUST have experience working for or with a B2C/D2C brand, ideally within Retail/FMCG.
- Proven experience of applying the AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) to direct-response marketing initiatives.
- Media Buying/Planning experience would be hugely advantageous.
- Experience working for a pureplay (D2C only) brand would be beneficial.
