Creative Project Manager – Up to £36k + Bonus Scheme – Kings Cross, London / Hybrid

The Role

We're looking for a Creative Project Manager to join our Think Tank Creative division at KEY PRODUCTION, located in London. This role involves managing exciting print, packaging, and merchandise projects from concept to completion. You'll be collaborating with our in-house design team and external clients, turning their visions into tangible products. We need someone who understands the nitty-gritty of print and packaging processes and can juggle various projects with finesse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee print, packaging, and merchandise projects.
• Handle pricing, quoting, and coordination with printers and factories globally.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Work closely with the design and graphics teams on client briefs and project specifications.
• Assist in promotional activities, including marketing materials and social media content.
• Ensure accuracy in purchase orders, job confirmations, and invoicing.
• Coordinate sampling, quality control, and logistics for projects.

The Person

• 2+ years print production or packaging production and manufacturing, including purchasing and quoting experience.
• Excellent literacy and communication skills.
• You understand the commercial aspects of project management.
• Excellent at managing details and maintaining focus.
• Flexible and adept at finding creative solutions.
• Positive, can-do attitude, and eager to collaborate.
