We’re currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will set up our new B2C marketing function, working closely with the Head of Influencing & Engagement.

In this newly created role, you will shape and manage the delivery of a new Marketing Strategy, promoting our award-winning National Debtline and Business Debtline services.

You will also manage our consumer-facing social media channels for the National Debtline and Business Debtline brands (currently Facebook, YouTube and Twitter), ensuring the delivery of impactful content that helps meet business objectives.

Additionally, you will plan and oversee the delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns and activity across phone, webchat and online channels.

About You

To be considered as a Senior Marketing Manager, you will need:

- Experience in B2C marketing
- Experience developing and delivering effective marketing strategies
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
- A professional qualification in marketing, digital marketing or communications
