Marketing Automation Specialist

The Role –

Reporting into the Digital Content Manager, you will play an integral role in the Digital Team as they enter a period of digital transformation. Collaborating with the wider marketing function, both in the UK and globally, you will lead on the building, implementation, analytics, and optimisation of campaigns through their new marketing automation platform.

As the automation platform specialist, you will be the owner and administrator of the Eloqua automation platform within the business, able to effectively train global teams to ensure best practice usage company-wide. This role will be both strategic and hands-on as you develop and execute engaging, automated email and SMS campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention.

You will have a strong background in customer and data segmentation and be an expert in planning and improving customer journeys.

Marketing Automation Specialist

Key Requirements –

• Proven experience in a similar role – Marketing Automation, CRM, Email Marketing
• Highly experienced in Customer and data segmentation
• Expert knowledge and experience using marketing automation tools, ideally Eloqua (Oracle).
• Strong Digital marketing skills - email marketing experience is essential
• Previous experience in developing targeted automated marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C
• Strong project management skills

This role is based in their offices located in Lincolnshire and is commutable from Peterborough, Cambridge, St. Ives, Huntingdon, Leicester and Nottingham.
