Responsibilities:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in amplifying the message and connecting with a diverse global audience. Your creative vision and strategic approach will drive our digital marketing efforts, helping us raise awareness, generate support, and inspire action for our projects worldwide.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and increase engagement with various stakeholders.
  • Managing and optimizing our website, ensuring it remains up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with best practices in SEO and accessibility.
  • Overseeing social media channels & crafting compelling content
  • Creating and coordinating impactful email marketing campaigns, targeting specific donor segments
  • Analysing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using insights to refine strategies.
  • Collaborating with the communications and fundraising teams to align digital marketing efforts with broader organisational goals.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in digital marketing. PPC, SEO, Display
  • Proficiency in website management, content management systems (CMS), and knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in crafting engaging content for various audiences.
  • Experience in email marketing tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and use insights to drive decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
