Salary: £35k to £42k depending on experience
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week, Flexi Policy in place

The role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketing professional to join our growing team at Newlife as our Digital Marketing Manager. As well as proven digital expertise, you’ll need:
• A strong understanding of best practice in marketing communications and experience of drawing up digital marketing strategies
• To be used to delivering marketing results in a customer focused environment and adept at managing and analysing marketing campaigns
• Be a highly effective communicator
• Experience of line managing and leading others to develop testing plans and optimise campaigns. People management experience are essential for this role as is working with stakeholders and managing agencies/freelancers
• To enjoy collaborating across teams, thrive on keeping ahead of emerging trends and horizon scanning and are excited by the prospect of working in an innovative team to improve our reach and brand awareness
• Candidates will have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practice
• Previous experience of similar budgets and/or ecommerce websites
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at handling multiple concurrent projects
• Must be able to understand how to measure the effectiveness of online marketing efforts and provide reports.
• You will be highly creative and demonstrate an affinity to the charity and its mission
