The Role – Marketing Manager
Managing a small but highly effective team, we need a marketing generalist with at least 5 years of experience in B2B marketing. You’ll be happy rolling your sleeves up, too, and – with the help of the team – will get stuck in with the following:
- Marketing strategy and budget
- Lead generation campaigns
- Digital marketing – social, CMS, websites, SEO/PPC, Salesforce
- Data and analysis
- Brand management
- Events – physical and virtual
About you – Marketing Manager
This marketing job will suit someone who’s either looking for a step up into management or is already an accomplished Marketing Manager in need of a lovely new team and an epic new challenge.
- B2B Marketing Experience / Professional Service
- Experience copywriter & editing (content delivery)
- Broad marketer – traditional and digital
- Team Management
- Have a passion for marketing, methodical and organised in a fast-paced environment
- Budget control desirable

Based in Luton but working to a hybrid structure, office attends just 1 or 2 times per week, this role is commutable from St Albans, Dunstable, Hemel Hempstead, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Letchworth, Stevenage, Cambridge, Milton Keynes, Aylesbury, Watford, Hitchin and Bedford, including most areas of Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and even London and Greater London.
