Business Development ManagerAbout the Role:We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow sales with housing associations and local councils across London & The Home Counties. In this role, you will develop relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs and position our solutions to meet their housing requirements.  Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target and secure sales opportunities within housing associations & local councils.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients to maximise opportunities for upselling and contract renewals.
  • Understand the challenges faced by housing providers and councils, tailoring solutions to meet their specific needs.
  • Track sales activity, produce forecasts and report on pipeline progress to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably with experience selling into Local Authorities & housing associations or a background working in a BDM role for a Builders Merchants.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own diary and sales pipeline.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the designated region.

Salary: Up to £70,000 + company carHours: Monday – Friday
