Job Summary:

The Job:

  • Key account management, retention and development role, alongside new business wins.
  • Solutions based sales in a recruitment setting.
  • Able to overachieve sales and activity KPI’S.
  • Problem solving.
  • Customer Service, Conducting Sales Meetings.

The Challenge:

  • Ability to win new business in a competitive market.
  • Identifying business development opportunities.
  • Ability to work to and overachieve targets.
  • Networking and Relationship management (Clients).
  • Drive the sales function forward of this established recruitment group.

Essential Skills:

  • Relevant experience in the recruitment market.
  • Must drive and have full driving licence.
  • Sales experience in a recruitment environment.
  • Knowledge of the UK Recruitment sector.

Previous Experience:

  • Experience as a recruitment Consultant, or Branch/Recruitment manager (sales).
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry.
  • Sales and business development skill set.
  • Recruitment legislation knowledge.
