South East – (may include Suffolk), Essex, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, down to Surrey, Sussex Essex, Kent (preferably not living in central London and definitely not Kent) – We need an experienced Sales person in this area.

South West – Up to Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, then down to Hampshire (inc Berkshire) down to Devon and Cornwall (not living in Cornwall)

North – Yorkshire (may or may not include South Yorkshire), Cheshire, Lancashire, Up to Cumberland, Northumberland up to Scottish Border

  • £36-50k base with commission on top
  • Car allowance – benefits package

  • Wound Care, Respiratory, IV Therapy and Continence make up the speciality areas

Role –

The Business Development Managers will be responsible for selling Wound Care, Respiratory, IV Therapy and Continence to ICBs, (PCT) and acute hospital market. Working with all decision makers from “hands on” clinical professionals through to Finance Directors the role will involve new business and account management. With certain products currently commanding significant market share the role will involve high level negotiations and require a strategic medical sales professional able to network effectively throughout their territory. The sale will allow the appointed salesperson to sell competitively both on price and clinical benefit.

Applicant –

  • Ideally applicants will currently be (or in their career to date have been) selling Wound Care, Respiratory, IV Therapy and Continence / consumable products into the NHS / PCT market….
  • HOWEVER EXCEPTIONAL GRADUATES WITH A HUNGER FOR MEDICAL SALES WITH 12 MONTHS + SALES EXPERIENCE, PHARMACEUTICAL OR LIFE SCIENCE CANDIDATES MAY BE CONSIDERED (APART FROM SOUTHEAST)
  • It is key that the appointed person is hard working, ethical and able to develop strong working relationships with clinical and procurement staff.
  • The self-motivated, hard-working sales or clinical professional will want to further their career and be target / objective focused.
