Business Development Manager
My client is on the lookout for a Business Development Manager to join our External Sales team. This role is focused on establishing and strengthening relationships within the site temporary market, rail network, hire and supply, including event and demolition contractors. The successful candidate will be a professional with a proven sales history, self-motivated and passionate about driving business growth. A full UK driving licence is required.Day to Day of the role:
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships within the site temporary market, rail network, hire and supply, including event and demolition contractors.
- Collaborate closely with customers to develop new business and promote sales through wholesale partners.
- Proactively seek new business avenues and convert these into profitable sales.
- Plan, forecast, and report on sales activity within your area, measuring against KPIs.
- Work collaboratively and develop relationships with all internal departments and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience within an External Sales role, with responsibility for Wholesale and Contractor accounts.
- A successful sales history with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
- A professional, self-motivated, and passionate individual with drive and ambition.
- Full UK driving licence.
