Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager – Hybrid (with travel across the North)£45,000 – £60,000 + Excellent benefits. OTE £60,000 – £85,000This well-established and growing organisation a require an experienced Business Development Manager to join their in-house sales team. The role will focus on selling financial services into the public sector, working with a range of stakeholders from executive level to middle management. The focus of this BDM role is new business, but you will also have additional responsibility for contract renewals and up-selling. You will be supported by extensive lead generation including marketing campaigns, exhibition attendance and a dedicated telesales team. This role will be extremely rewarding, giving you the chance for work at a Tech for Good business which helps improve a public service.This role will be a mix of home-working and travel to meet with regional clients / prospects. You will cover the Northwest and Northeast, with expansion into London likely.Package:
- £45,000 – £60,000 basic salary with yearly reviews
- Quarterly bonuses
- Commission (OTE – £10,000 – £20,000 per annum)
- 25 days holidays + bank holidays (rising to 30 days with service)

Key Requirements:
- At least 3 years sales experience (new business sales and account management)
- Expert knowledge of Sales Processes.
- Experience withing healthcare / NHS / public sector would be desirable.
- Clearly able to demonstrate the ability to develop relationships
- Ambitious, determined, and able to work remotely.
- Track record of exceeding targets, with a mentality of planning own sales activity, delivering to timescales and exceptional client service with a motivation to succeed in a competitive marketplace.
