Our client is a leader in their field, supplying top-quality products to thousands of cafés and hospitality businesses across the UK. They are looking for a dynamic individual to manage and grow the customer base in the vibrant St Albans and Luton area.

What You’ll Do:

  • Expand Horizons: Manage and grow an existing account base, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Seize Opportunities: Pursue new business prospects and achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Drive Success: Exceed repeat sales targets and develop accounts organically.
  • Plan Strategically: Organize your diary activities to maximize customer engagement.
  • Empower Clients: Deliver impactful on-site training sessions and fulfill contract commitments.
  • Stay Ahead: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with a focus on new business.
  • Ensure Quality: Conduct audits on business-owned equipment and ensure accurate contract paperwork.
  • Build Networks: Connect with buyers, area managers, and key decision-makers to foster strong relationships.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Customer Management: Proven experience in managing a customer base and winning new business.
  • Field Expertise: Previous field-based role experience, visiting customers on-site.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Training Ability: Capability to train customers on products and equipment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional ability to build, maintain, and develop relationships.
  • Driving Licence: Full valid UK Driving Licence is a must.
