• Excellent customer service skills
• Technical skills to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on the client’s requirements
• The ability to motivate themselves and others
• A solid understanding of business and marketing principles

• Experience of working with Professional Services
• An interest in tax or accountancy
• Experience of running campaigns successfully
• Strong client knowledge and have the confidence to cross-sell services
