- Managing and retaining existing accounts and engaging in regular communication.
- Developing prospect opportunities
- Growing revenue by introducing new products
- Learning about our products and advising on what is most appropriate to meet customer’s needs.
- Researching potential customers.
- Willingness to take on board and learn new skills/develop product knowledge.
- Manage and develop client relationships.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Excellent telephone manner and a willingness to help customers by building and maintaining long standing relationships.
- An enthusiasm and drive to meet and exceed agreed targets.
- Experience with Microsoft packages.
- Experience within SME and B2B Sales and Account Management is essential to this role
