As a New Business Development Sales Support, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our company and product range to our target customer profile. Your main goal will be to generate high-quality, qualified leads for our New Business Development Managers, maximizing their customer contact time through scheduling on-site product demonstrations, CPDs, and other company presentations, including virtual or online presentations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research to identify key personnel within target organizations
  • Proactively reach out to key personnel and arrange face-to-face appointments
  • Accurately record activities and responses in the CRM system
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
  • Collaborate with field-based NBD Managers to optimize customer contact time
  • Achieve performance targets and support overall business objectives
  • Partner with the estimation team to deliver high-level estimations from plans and instructions

Candidate Profile:

  • Enthusiastic about telephone prospecting with an excellent telephone manner
  • Exceptional customer relation skills are essential
  • Experience in a construction lead generation role is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Tenacious and systematic approach to sales with strong teamwork abilities
  • Effective time management skills to handle varied tasks
  • Proficiency in IT with an aptitude for learning new software

Location and Working Hours

  • Location: Shared office in Little Stanney, Chester, UK
  • Hours: Flexible up to 40 hours per week, with part-time options available for exceptional candidates

  • Successful applicants will be called into the office for a F2F interview
