We’re looking for somebody with previous SDR/BDE experience to join a SaaS company as a Business Development Executive near Stroud. They are offering a basic salary of £30,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of £45,000. You will only be required in the office 3 days a week to start with and then only 2 days a week following this. Nobody is in the office 5 days a week!

The role of Business Development Executive involves:

  • Using Email, LinkedIn and Telephone to generate new lead opportunities.
  • Liaising with prospects to understand their needs.
  • Booking appointments for Account Executives to close deals.
  • Research and provide data analysis on the current market.
  • Move to attending meetings and closing own deals.
  • Long-term having the opportunity to grow a team around you and progress.

For the Business Development Executive role, you need:

  • Previous experience generating and following up on cold leads.
  • Success within a similar, new business role would be beneficial.
  • Knowledge of the industry is beneficial but absolutely not necessary.

As the Business Development Executive, you’ll get:

? Basic salary up to £30,000 per annum.

? Realistic OTE of £45,000 per annum – however uncapped!
