Our Client, recognised for their commitment to client service by being awarded the prestigious Chartered Status by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)- this is the industry’s gold standard for firms of Insurance Brokers, are now looking to add to their growing and ambitious team.

As a business, they ensure that their clients receive the very best advice and customer service on a wide range of insurance products- acting for over 8,000 corporate, commercial, and personal clients throughout the UK. As an employer, they provide their staff with a fun and lively working environment whilst also encouraging and developing them through their insurance careers.

They are currently looking to hire motivated and ambitious individuals to join their business development team 

You will contact local businesses and speak with decision makers; you will fact find and understand their insurance covers. The aim of the role is to capture their insurance renewal date information or book in an appointment for an insurance broker to call them back to quote on insurance cover. This is a fabulous opportunity to join a growing business in a role with a clear pathway to training and progression,opportunities, and the chance to learn about a dynamic and evolving industry – Insurance.

The Required Skills:

No previous insurance experience is needed but you must have excellent communication skills, be extremely ambitious, with a professional and friendly phone manor, strong organisation skills and a genuine interest in developing your skillset and career within the Insurance space.

Starting basic salary on offer is £21,500, with bonuses (OTE £24-27k)
