Are you passionate about data? Do you have the skills and experience to support a business development team? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Business Development Team as Business Development Administrator.

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Update/input and manage all client data held on the management information systems and databases
    • Assisting with mailer processing
    • Processing Undeliverables
    • Processing Auto-responses
    • Brevo- supporting with the management of transfer and export of contacts,…
  • Outbound calls – cold calls, warm and hot leads
  • Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email
  • Brief and handover of client enquiries and meetings to seniors
  • Complete all necessary weekly goals met sheet
  • Supporting the senior staff with administrative tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records of client information including updating influence and Brevo (role changes and LA moves)
  • Researching and mapping key contacts across the sector

Essential:

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media (advantageous; management software experience)
  • Ability to use Adobe
  • Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
  • A friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to providing excellent service
  • Experience of using computerised systems, (databases; data cleanse and management).
  • Keen eye for eye for detail
  • Focussed and dedicated character
