- Update/input and manage all client data held on the management information systems and databases

- Outbound calls – cold calls, warm and hot leads
- Handling inbound enquiries via phone, email
- Brief and handover of client enquiries and meetings to seniors
- Complete all necessary weekly goals met sheet
- Supporting the senior staff with administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records of client information including updating influence and Brevo (role changes and LA moves)
- Researching and mapping key contacts across the sector
Essential:
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media (advantageous; management software experience)
- Ability to use Adobe
- Ability to multi task and work effectively under pressure
- A friendly and approachable manner with a commitment to providing excellent service
- Experience of using computerised systems, (databases; data cleanse and management).
- Keen eye for eye for detail
- Focussed and dedicated character
