Corporate Partnerships and Institutional Funding Manager
Folkestone, Kent (remote working)
Mission Aviation Fellowship UK (MAF) is a Christian organisation that, for over 75 years, has been flying light aircraft over remote locations around the world. Our efforts have enabled more than 2,000 aid, development and mission organisations to provide emergency relief, long-term development and Christian hope to remote communities.
We utilise the power of aviation and technology to reach isolated people in need around the globe as we believe nothing should stop people from receiving the essentials of life no matter how remote they are.
By helping to link communities isolated from today’s ‘connected world’, we are ensuring that the severity of medical emergencies, natural disasters, conflict and famine are reduced and the light of God now shines brightly there.
We are now seeking a Corporate Partnerships and Institutional Funding Manager to join us on a full-time basis. Part-time hours could be considered for the right candidate.
- Competitive salary
- Non-contributory pension of 10% of salary on joining
- 22 days’ holiday plus eight public holidays and days between Christmas and New Year
This is a fantastic opportunity for a high-calibre individual with corporate fundraising experience to join our dedicated organisation.
We believe every community, however remote, should have the essentials for life and the only way we can continue this mission is with your help.
Your experience, skill set and the relationships you cultivate will be vital to the continuation of support we receive from new and existing donors, allowing us to carry on delivering food, medicine and relief workers to those that desperately need it.
So, if you’re compassionate, resourceful and want to help improve the lives of people across the globe, we want to hear from you.
As the Corporate Partnerships and Institutional Funding Manager, you will build on the existing support of donors, taking responsibility for a portfolio of relationships.
Exploring innovative ideas to increase donor giving and engagement, you will develop and maintain successful long-term relationships with companies and businesses.
You will also develop the scope and offering of the existing Business Club, including managing the webpage and developing additional material for our digital platforms.
Additionally, you will:
- Take the lead on institutional applications, including government funding
- Support the wider Major Gifts Team with donor facing communications
