The Agency Assistant Role:

We are a duo of a marketing agency and a culture consultancy, each with their own brand and own identity. They work with big names on huge campaigns and complex projects where no two days are the same.

The agency assistant role has multiple facets so you'll thrive on a varied workload and enjoy demonstrating your skills across reception, project support and office and facilities coordination.

There's opportunities for progression with this role and you'll have exposure to the whole organisation so can explore various options.

About You:

You'll work alongside the wider group services team who are always on hand to help, but you'll be comfortable working autonomously too and managing your own priorities to ensure an efficient and effective service to the businesses.

Ideally you'll have worked in a customer facing role before such as reception or customer service so will have excellent verbal and written communications skills but most importantly, you'll be able to demonstrate initiative and a positive attitude to problem solving.

Part of the role will be supporting the agency and consultancy teams with proof-reading, document formatting and template preparation so you'll have experience using Microsoft Office and have excellent attention to detail.

This role requires flexibility, the working days are Monday to Friday.
