Senior Campaign Manager / SAM

This award-winning integrated marketing agency is looking for an enthusiastic, confident and pro-active Senior Campaign Manager to join a fast-paced account.

The agency provides Lifecycle Customer Marketing across engagement, upsell, cross-sell, retention and loyalty and recently their remit has expanded into B2B, branding, motion, social content and much more. This is a very hands-on role for a Senior Campaign Manager / SAM who thrives on project delivery. You will be the key contact across each project you manage, including taking client briefs and managing their expectations, organising internal kick offs, writing the brief, briefing creatives, ensuring all departments are managed and kept in the loop and delivering the campaign on time and on budget.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • CRM, testing and data experience
  • Experience of DM, email and social channels
  • Ability to own and grow client relationships
  • Good knowledge of agency process and working with Planning and Creative departments.
  • Experience in handling end-to-end marketing campaigns.
  • High attention to detail
