The agency is looking for two Senior Account Managers – one to replace someone who is switching to client side and the other due to new business wins and massive organic client growth.
The team is 14 strong and they like it that way - they prefer to be agile and responsive and don’t ever want to become a big agency monster!
They all work hard but play harder. Client-centric, they are very much an extension of their clients’ marketing departments and clients love working with them. A lot of their clients have been with them since their day one as their output is so strong, not only creatively but strategically.
In addition to a growing account handling department, they have a full-service creative team. One of the Founding Partners is the Creative Director and the other spearheads Planning & Strategy.
Highly ambitious, the agency has a very flat, ego-free structure and always prefers to promote from within. There are no glass ceilings here – promotion and pay rises are awarded without delay.
The Senior Account Manager roles
Senior Account Manager 1 will work on the market-leading contact lens brand which will involve lots of new product launches and initiatives across EMEA and globally (local markets).
This will include the development of creative toolkits and would suit a strategic SAM who is highly organised.
This is a very creative account where the team needs to be big on ideas – there is a lot of content to create and assets to deliver.
Senior Account Manager 2 will work on two accounts – one is world leading energy bar brand and the other a household name in sugar substitutes. Both accounts are very creative and involve projects across EMEA including lots of photographic shoots, video work etc.
One SAM will also be responsible for helping out with social content, including fun tie-ins with Bake-Off winners!
Each SAM will have the support of an Account Executive.
Salary, benefits – and probation bonus!
Salary depends entirely on experience. Uniquely, the agency will also pay you an additional £1k ‘joining bonus’ once you have successfully passed your three-month probation.
They also have a generous quarterly bonus scheme based on company profitability and individual contribution.
