Senior Project Manager (Polish Speaking) £45K DOE plus benefits - London / Hybrid

We are looking for a talented Polish speaking Senior Project Manager to join this diverse and creative team, where you will manage the account of an American multinational beverages corporation. The responsibilities of this Senior Project Manager are as follows:

• Providing high levels of client servicing, production and internal/external stakeholders management
• Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
• Liaising with client’s brand teams to ensure smooth delivery of market-specific materials
• Acting as an Account brand/QC guardian
• Keeping the Account Director updated on status of projects
• Distributing contact reports, agendas and trackers
• Collating any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
• Liaising with the creative agencies to obtain master artwork files and report any delays to AD
• Providing any additional administrative support to team as required
• Liaising with creative agencies, media agencies/suppliers to obtain schedules, technical specifications and copy dates and report any issue to the AD
• The day-to-day management of clients’ marketing and advertising campaigns
• Regular communication and liaison with clients at a senior level
• Generating accurate reports and status notifications
• Pitching fresh and innovative ideas to clients
• Using your knowledge and skills to push clients, the team and the agency in the most productive direction

• Must be proficient to a fluent level in Polish (written and verbal)
• Solid agency or suitable track record with exposure to brand, digital, broadcast campaigns
• Client servicing experience in marketing or advertising at Project/Account Manager level
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to grow accounts
• Great admin and financial management of your accounts
• Ability to work autonomously and drive projects
• Curious about learning more about the industry, their clients and the world around them
• Excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
• Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
