​Creative Project Director - £60K – London / Hybrid

This exciting and creative experiential agency is looking for an amazing Creative Project Director to join their team. They are a new-generation, multi-discipline, experience design studio, creating brand experiences which dabble in a range of creative mediums to build unique experiences, that matter. They specialise in high-detail press and influencer events and take projects from concept to completion.

The Creative Project Director will be ultimately responsible for the smooth delivery of a large number of projects and activations within the agency, ensuring multiple activations run smoothly and the client is always fully serviced whilst the internal team are always guided towards success!

The Creative Project Director will take responsibility for their team's delivery of quality experiential work that meets the client’s needs and visually astounds, creating highly memorable and atmospheric projects.

Responsibilities of Creative Project Director

  • Passionate in pushing innovation & creative brand solutions in a way which organically drives business

  • Onsite management (UK and sometimes abroad) when required making sure running to plan and client/s well looked after and team are solving an issues as they arise

  • Leading and inspiring the team to ensure projects are delivered successfully on time and on budget from pitch to wrap stage

  • Making senior decisions on client accounts with the company’s best interests and future business objectives in mind

  • Ensuring client communication is at the right level throughout – and there’s a good mix of calls and f2f meetings to develop good relationships, get good quality feedback and not to overload clients with comms or underload!

  • Identifying opportunities for new systems to simply and speed up the way we do things – leaving us more time to focus on creating great events

  • Post event evaluation of all projects (lead by the producer) – working out where we can do better next time and collating reports and actioning any feedback

Requirements for the Creative Project Director

  • 5 years min experience working within an event or experiential agency.

  • Experience in delivering integrated campaigns involving events.

  • Knowledge of the whole production process

  • The ability to interpret a brand and develop creative concepts that exceed expectations.

  • Plenty of creative ideas and an understanding of the clients' vision

  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the team to give their best

  • Resilience under pressure and against deadlines

  • An understanding of how creative production roles complement other departments
