As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in our customers' experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a personal, professional estate agency experience and advice to ensure the best possible service.
- Managing day-to-day salespeople and processes, including morning meetings and coaching.
- Listing a targeted number of properties and helping vendors sell their homes effectively.
- Staying informed about current market conditions and becoming an expert in your local market.
- Collaborating with your team to match potential purchasers with new properties.
We're looking for someone with:
- Strong relationship-building skills and a track record of turning valuations into listings and sales.
- Drive, determination, and a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in helping people find their perfect homes.
- A great work ethic and positive energy.
- A full driving license.
- Basic Salary: £25,000 (Additional guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months).
- On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000.
- Car Allowance: £3,000 OR Company Car.
- Work Pattern: 5 days per week, including some Saturdays (2 on, 1 off).
