Senior Sales Consultant
Remote with London Meet-Ups
£65,000 – £75,000 Base £110,000 – £120,000 OTE

You will effectively drive the company’s sales forward by pitching solutions, products and services to c-level, direct to clients, across our full product suite and services, which include brand and product strategy and design, user experience design, and business consultancy,
+ Seek out major clients and forming working relationships with the premier buyers and decision makers.
+ Identify channel partner opportunities.
+ Educating clients on our products and services to enable a ‘close’ sale.
+ Identify and collaborate with the correct internal resource to help ‘close’ a sales opportunity
+ Target identified leads and pursue, plan and select an appropriate sales strategy for new prospects
+ Maintain sales records
+ Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel and provide weekly management reports
+ Accurately forecasting future sales and forming sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
+ Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions
+ Help form go to market strategy
You are self-motivated, energetic, hungry, resilient, competitive and solution-focused. You are articulate, quick thinking, and have a good grasp of common business problems within various business sectors, and how we solve these issues, when communicating across our client network (and beyond) of Fortune 500 leaders, and fast moving start ups.
+ You will have experience conducting robust research on potential sales opportunities
+ As a successful enterprise Business Development Professional, you will have been responsible for identifying, running and closing high value sales cycles in either a marketing services business or a complex solutions provider.
+ You will have excellent presentation skills at c-suite level
+ You will have experience across video conferencing tools
+ You’ll have a strong ability to manage longer deal cycles between 6-12 months is essential to meet larger deal sizes.
+ Collaborating with project team members early in the sales process, your collaborative supportive nature will play a vital part in working together with wider company teams.
+ You’ll have evidence of proven track sales record in closing deals sizes in excess of £100k
+ Your excellent negotiation, persuasion and closing skill will ensure your yearly targets are achieved
+ You will be adept at documenting key information from prospective client conversations and brief in internal teams, e.g., sales to ‘strategy’ hand over documentation
+ Clear project opportunity and scoping documentation
+ To ensure every opportunity is maximised and revenue achieved, you will be resilient, self-motivated, competitive and solution focused always.
